The agency named in the booking entry is the best source for its arrest report. Ask the sheriff for sheriff-created reports and booking material. Ask Greeley Police for a Greeley Police narrative. Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
Weld's report is broader than a short current-custody list because it reaches back to February 14, 2006. Yet it still has a firm boundary. It reports jail bookings through yesterday. It does not show every citation, every police contact, every outstanding warrant, or every Colorado arrest. Older agency files may require a written request. Statewide history belongs with CBI.
A recent entry should be checked against VINE for custody and against the court docket for any filed case. The filing may not be immediate. Prosecutorial review can also change the charge language. When the court has acted, the certified disposition is more reliable for the outcome than the original booking charge.
